We believe there are lots of professionals who could pick up short-term projects on the side of their current commitments, or who are looking to move into consultancy, but haven’t yet taken the full leap.
That’s why we operate a associate model, which enables professionals to pick up projects when they want to, and not when they don’t.
We’ll provide you with guidance to ensure you’re operating in line with our principles, and delivering in a manner consistent across all of our services.
We’re not a ‘broker’ - we’re not here to find work and outsource it. We fully believe in a different approach to consultancy, where everything points towards delivering clear, tangible solutions, and we think this model enables us to do that together, accessing highly skilled experts in their field, and ensuring we get to solutions quickly and efficiently.

No. Just like you’re not obliged to take on work, we’re not obliged to provide it.
